The ArcelorMittal Orbit is currently the UK’s tallest sculpture, built in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the London Olympic Games in 2012.
From the top, you’ll get some of the most amazing views imaginable, but it’s not just for looking from!

You can SLIDE down in on the UK’s longest slide – you’ll read speeds of 15 MPH on the 178 metre descent, so hang on to your hat.
Or if you’re really up for it, you can ABSEIL down it!

Of course if you’re of a more sedate inclination, you can just admire the views from the cafe at the top savouring a coffee/prosecco and a cake or burger.

It’s a great gift, for Christmas, birthdays, or just a day out. And something for all the family (sliding and abseiling are not compulsory!!)

So with no more delay, here is the full list of things you can get up to on this fabulous sculpture/high rise viewpoint:
Check them out, pick the one you fancy yourself, pick the ones you’re going to give as gifts, and you’re set.

It’s open 7 days a week, all weathers, and whether you live near London or are just visiting, it’s must-see.

For the technically minded among you, here are a few key facts about the legendary ArcelorMittal Orbit:

. The fantastic slide is an exhilarating 40 second trip
. and goes round the tower itself twelve – that’s twelve – times
